Pepper The Clown has been entertaining the Toronto & GTA area for more than 30 years. Humour always bounced into every aspect of my life, even when I worked as a traffic reporter & helicopter pilot. My balloon art delights children and adults alike.

Pepper The Clown is an expert on balloon art! I'm a creative twister, and my custom balloon sculptures are a hit at birthday parties and special events. As a balloon artist, I can create animals, flowers, balloon hats, and more. I'm also available for balloon-o-gram surprises!
Face painting is fun for the whole family. As a party entertainer, I can create artistic, colorful designs for all the guests. Face painting is popular at kids' birthday parties, but I'm happy to paint faces for adults, too. Clown parties are the perfect way to entertain guests of all ages.

We were at a birthday party with Pepper!! There were only 3 kids & rest were adults. She entertained us all and even face painted the adults too!!!
